DRWeb.Design is a one-person web design studio based in Manatee County, Florida.
The studio designs and builds websites for small businesses, founders, and creators who want something better than a template and don’t have an in-house team to make it happen. Most clients are local to the Gulf Coast; plenty aren’t.
Every site is designed and coded by the same person you’re emailing. No handoffs between a "design team" and a "dev team." No page builders. No outsourcing. Just one person who cares enough to answer the phone and finish the job.

Projects start at $500 for a single landing page. Full custom marketing sites are typically $2,000–$5,000. Web applications and e-commerce projects run $10,000–$25,000 depending on scope. You get a fixed-price quote within 48 hours of submitting — no surprise bills, no hourly creep.
Landing pages and small marketing sites complete in 2–3 weeks. Full custom websites take 4–8 weeks. Web applications and stores run 6–12 weeks. The clock starts the day the deposit clears.
Completely. After final payment you receive all source files, design files, and the codebase. You can host it anywhere, hand it to another developer, or update it yourself. No license fees, no lock-in.
No. Every site is hand-coded from scratch in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — or React/Next.js for app-like work. No Wix, Squarespace, Webflow themes, or WordPress builders. The code is small, fast, and easy to read.
Yes — I’ll set you up on modern, fast hosting (typically Cloudflare Pages, free for most projects). The hosting account stays under your name from day one, so you’re never paying me to keep your site online.
The technical foundation is, always: semantic HTML, structured data, meta tags, sitemap, fast loads, mobile-first responsive design, accessible markup. Ongoing SEO work — content strategy, keyword research, link building — is available as a separate add-on after launch.
50% deposit to begin, 50% on completion before final assets are released. Both halves are charged through Stripe — card details never touch this site. A signed digital contract precedes any payment.
Two rounds of revisions on each major deliverable are included in the project price. Past that, post-launch updates and changes are billed at my standard hourly rate — no retainer, no minimum.
