DRWeb.Design ("we", "us", "I") is a one-person web design studio based in Florida. This policy explains what information is collected through drweb.design, including the quote form, the template order form and the client portal, how it is used, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Card and billing details (including billing country, used for tax) are entered on Creem's secure checkout page and never touch this site or our servers. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with its amount, an order reference and your email address, and we are notified of any refund or dispute. Creem's handling of your data is described in its own privacy policy.

3. How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Only with service providers needed to run the business and your order, each limited to what they need:

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

5. Cookies and local storage

The site uses only what is necessary to work, such as keeping you signed in to the portal, remembering your selected template during checkout, and basic preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Retention

Order and payment records are kept for as long as needed for delivery, support and the period required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Quote requests that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months. You may ask us to delete your portal account and files at any time, subject to those obligations.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw from future communications. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the site or services change. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update.

11. Contact
