Terms of Service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These terms apply to your use of drweb.design (the "Site") and to the products and services provided by DRWeb.Design ("we", "us", "I"): website templates and custom web design, development, hosting and maintenance services ("Services"). By using the Site, ordering a template, submitting a quote request, or signing an agreement, you agree to these terms.
1. What we offer
- Templates: ready-made website designs that you can order directly on the Site. We build your website for you from the template you choose.
- Custom projects: websites designed and built for you under a quote and signed agreement.
If these terms and a signed project agreement conflict, the signed agreement controls for that project.
2. Template orders
- Pay-what-you-choose tiers. Each template can be ordered at a price you select, from $5 to $500. What is included (for example pages, stock photos, section blocks, color themes, revision rounds, designer hours, support period and feature unlocks) depends on the price shown on the checkout page at the time you order. The details shown at checkout are what you are buying.
- Business information. You must give accurate business details when ordering. We use them to prepare and deliver your template. Delays or errors caused by inaccurate or missing information are your responsibility.
- We build your website. A template order is an order for us to build your website from the template you chose, using the business information you provide. You do not receive the website immediately after payment: it is delivered once we have finished building it.
- Communication. We will email you when we start work on your order, and we will contact you by email and through the support chat on the Site with questions, progress updates and when your website is ready. Please keep an eye on your email and reply promptly, as delays in your responses may delay delivery.
- Delivery. Your finished website is delivered by the method we arrange with you (for example publishing it to your domain or hosting, and handing over the files) after the work is complete. Delivery times depend on your tier, our schedule and how quickly you provide information and feedback.
- Preview. Template previews on the Site are examples and may differ in detail from the delivered files. Images and sample text shown in previews are for demonstration unless stated otherwise.
3. Quotes and custom project agreements
- A quote request is not a contract. A custom project begins only when you sign the agreement and the deposit is paid.
- Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may change if the scope changes.
- Signing electronically by typing your name has the same effect as a handwritten signature. You confirm you are authorized to bind yourself or the business named.
4. Payments
- Prices are in US dollars. Template orders are paid in full at checkout as a one-time payment. Custom projects require a deposit before work starts, with the balance due as stated in your agreement.
- Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Creem may appear on your card statement, and its own terms apply to the payment. Card details are entered on Creem's secure checkout page and never touch this site.
- Creem calculates and collects any sales tax, VAT or similar taxes required by law, and shows them at checkout.
- Maintenance plans are billed monthly at the rate in your agreement and can be cancelled with notice before the next billing date.
5. License and ownership
Templates. When your website has been delivered and paid for, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it and the template it is based on for one website for your own business or for a client, as permitted by your tier. A multi-site commercial license applies only where your tier says so. You may not resell, redistribute, share or sublicense the template files themselves, or present them as your own template product. We retain ownership of the underlying template designs and code.
Custom projects. On full payment you own the final custom website code and design delivered to you. Third-party items (fonts, stock photos, libraries, hosting platforms) remain under their own licenses. We retain the right to reuse general know-how, tools and non-client-specific code, and may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Client responsibilities
- Provide the content, images, logos and feedback needed in a timely manner.
- You confirm that you own or have the right to use everything you supply and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law.
- Keep any portal login confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.
7. Revisions, support and timelines
Each order includes the revision rounds, designer hours and support period stated for your tier or agreement. Work beyond what is included is quoted separately. Timelines are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and depend on timely feedback.
8. Hosting, third parties and availability
Hosting, domains, email, payments and similar services come from third parties with their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic or sales result.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Template orders. Because we build your website for you, refunds depend on whether work has started.
- If you cancel before we have started work on your order, you may request a full refund. We email you when work begins, so you will know where your order stands.
- Once we have started building your website, the time and work involved cannot be returned. After that point, refunds are generally limited to the portion of your order that has not been completed, at our reasonable discretion.
- If we cannot deliver what you paid for, or the finished website has a material defect that we cannot fix within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a refund.
Custom projects.
- You may cancel at any time by notifying us in writing. You will pay for work completed up to that point.
- The deposit covers reserved time and work started and is non-refundable once work has begun, unless we are unable to deliver the agreed Services.
- If we cannot complete the project through our own fault, we will refund amounts paid for work not delivered.
To request a refund, contact us using the details below with your order email and a short explanation. Approved refunds are issued through Creem to the original payment method, and can take a few business days to appear.
10. Acceptable use of the Site
Do not misuse the Site: no unlawful content, attempts to break or probe security, scraping, or interference with other users. We may suspend access for violations.
11. Warranties and liability
We will perform the Services with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated in your order or agreement, the Site, templates and Services are provided "as is" without other warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages such as lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or Services in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Privacy
How we handle information from the quote form, template order form and client portal is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Florida, after we have first tried in good faith to resolve the matter informally.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes do not affect an order already paid or a project under a signed agreement. The date above shows the latest version.
15. Contact
Questions or refund requests: [email protected], or use the quote form.
